Internal Family Systems
IFS is a compassionate, non-judgmental approach that helps you explore the different “parts” of yourself—such as the parts that protect you, carry pain, or help you function day-to-day. IFS helps you to understand these parts, heal wounded aspects of yourself, and strengthen your core “Self,” which is naturally calm, confident, and capable of leading your inner system. IFS can bring deep insight, emotional relief, and a greater sense of harmony within.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is the practice of bringing gentle, non-judgmental awareness to the present moment. In our sessions, we’ll use mindfulness techniques to help you slow down, notice your thoughts and feelings with compassion, and respond to life’s challenges with greater clarity and calm. This approach can reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, and deepen your connection to yourself and others—helping you live with more intention and ease.
Motivational Interviewing
Motivational Interviewing (MI) is a collaborative, goal-oriented approach designed to strengthen your own motivation and commitment to change. MI focuses on exploring your personal values, uncovering what truly matters to you, and working through any ambivalence that may be holding you back. MI is supportive and empowering, helping you build confidence in your ability to make meaningful, lasting changes at your own pace.
Trauma-Focused Therapy
Trauma-Focused Therapy is a compassionate, healing-centered approach that helps you process and recover from the effects of past trauma. The trauma focused lens creates a safe space to explore your experiences, understand how trauma impacts your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and develop tools to restore your sense of safety and empowerment.
